Technology failures rarely begin with technology.
They begin with decisions. The wrong vendor selected before the requirements were properly understood. AI introduced before governance existed to manage its risks. An architecture approved before the long-term complexity was clear. Success never clearly defined, so there was no way to know whether the project had delivered it. Ownership left shared until something failed and accountability became contested.
These are not execution failures. They are decision failures, and by the time the consequences appear, the money and the architecture are already committed.

How we work
Vendor-neutral
We have no relationships with technology vendors and earn no commissions or referral fees. Our only obligation is to the quality of the advice.
Senior-only delivery
Every engagement is led by a senior advisor. Work is not handed off to junior consultants after the initial discussion.
Independent recommendations
Advice can be implemented by the client's internal team, their chosen vendor, or any third party they select. We do not need to win implementation work to justify our recommendations.
