  • Book a meeting via our scheduling link (name, email address, and any information you provide to Calendly)

Vercel

Calendly

Meeting bookings are handled by Calendly. When you book a meeting, your information is collected and processed by Calendly under their Privacy Policy. We receive the booking details you provide.


Data retention and security

We retain personal information for as long as is necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, or as required by law. Enquiry information that does not result in an engagement is retained for a reasonable period in case of follow-up contact, and then deleted.

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss, unauthorised access, modification, or disclosure. Where personal information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to destroy or de-identify it.


Your rights

Under the Australian Privacy Principles, you have the right to:

  • Request access to personal information we hold about you
  • Request correction of personal information that is inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date
  • Make a complaint if you believe we have breached the Australian Privacy Principles
